A. We offer a VIP tagging service for busy moms who don’t have the time or desire to tag on her own! This service offers above average re-sale earnings! Our experienced taggers do ALL of the work for you! VIP consignors have high quality and high value items like boutique and specialty brand clothing (Matilda Jane, Janie and Jack, Gymboree, Mini Boden, Hanna Anderson, Justice, North Face, Under Armor, GAP, etc.), quality shoes, specialty toys like American Girl, Legos, Thomas the Train, and more! You are required to have at least 50 items to sell and 80% of the clothing items must be specialty name brand clothing. You earn 50% of the selling price AND receive a consignor shopping pass for the 12:00 pm Wednesday Presale. (no children/babies allowed at any presale) VIP consignors also shop the ½ price sale early on Friday night. VIP tagging is designed to make your life easier! VIP Taggers will prepare, tag and drop off your items for you!
A. After getting approved for the VIP tagging service, you will be assigned an experienced tagger who will make arrangements to meet you. All clothing/bedding should be freshly laundered and neatly folded. Clothing should be sorted by gender and size. Clothing can be delivered on hangers if preferred by the consignor. Baby gear, shoes, toys, etc. need to be clean and wiped down. Make sure you provide batteries that work for items needing them! You will gather your items into disposable bags or boxes, writing your name clearly on the outside. After delivering your items to the agreed upon location….relax! Your tagger will take care of the rest for you! The tagger is responsible for dropping off your items at Kool Kids. Now…Shop with your Consignor Presale Pass on Wednesday, shop the ½ price sale early on Friday night, and wait for your check to arrive!
A. You will receive 50% of the selling price of your items. You will receive a check in the mail and a donation sheet for any unsold items.
A. When you deliver your items, you directly pay your VIP Tagger a $10 cash supply fee which covers hangers, safety pins, cardstock paper/index cards, zipties, bags, and other supplies that are needed. There is also a $10 consignor fee which comes out of your profit check.
A. You can pick up your unsold items at the end of the sale during pick-up times or we can donate your unsold items to charity. If you choose to donate your items, you will receive a donation receipt for tax purposes.
A. Our VIP Taggers are experienced Kool Kids consignors and shoppers! To make the most money for you, each VIP Tagger has a Name Brand Clothing List and a Price Guide to help with the tagging process.
Q. Does the VIP Consignor get to shop?
A. Yes! You are considered a Consignor and can shop at the Wednesday Presale at 12 pm.
